Nearly Me 785 Lite Tapered Triangle Breast Form: Nearly Me's newest Lite form this unique triangle style has a thinner tapered upper wing that fits flush against the body for a very natural appearance. Breast prosthesis is full on the bottom with the nipple apex set lower than on the modified triangle. It has a tapered profile and is not as rounded as the full triangle yet not as shallow as the modified triangle breast form.  Additional breast form covers are Nearly Me 18-005.
