Hidden built-in shelf with side opening pockets to hold a lightweight fiberfill puff or a Nearly Me casual foam form. Shelf goes completely around the body for added stability and best fit. Hidden shelf is 100% lightweight polyester to help wick away perspiration around the chest area. Shelf has a covered wide elastic band that goes under the natural breast to give support as well as help the pocket remain in place against the body. Shelf also has hidden contoured stitching to help keep a puff or foam form in place so that it doesn't slide around. No hook-and-loop fasteners that may rub against tender skin or snag the garment. Outer appearance of the camisole is smooth and fitted with bust contouring stitching and can be worn under blouses and sweaters without puckering or looking like other after surgery garment. Neckline and arm areas are edged with a unique picot stretch elastic that is pretty yet allows the garment to stretch wide enough that a woman can step into the camisole if she cannot put it on over her head. Built-in pouch for drain tubes made of the same lightweight polyester fabric as the breast form pockets. Discreet pouch is stitched into the camisole side seams to help maintain a smooth outer fashionable appearance. 2 Puffs are included so that the correct size puff is matched to the each individual women and her surgery.
