Trulife 503 A Supreme breast form is an asymmetrical breast form with both upper chest and underarm extensions. It is very suitable for use in more extensive radical mastectomy surgeries. The unique contours of this form fill and blend where surgery has removed tissue. A concave back allows air to circulate between the breast form and the chest wall.
